3.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The revised version takes effect from the moment it’s published on the Site (proptradingrank.com). If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Site and its materials.
Changes to Site Content
4.1. All information and materials published on the Site are provided with no guarantee that they are free of errors or inaccuracies. The Administration reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any materials or information on the Site at any time, with no prior notice to Users.
User Obligations
5.1. The User agrees to refrain from any actions that violate applicable law or international legal norms, including rules on intellectual property and copyright, as well as any actions that could disrupt the proper operation of the Site and its services.
5.2. Copying, distributing, or quoting the Site’s materials, including copyrighted material, is permitted only with the Administration’s written permission and a mandatory active, indexable link to proptradingrank.com.

Comments that violate these rules may be removed with no prior notice or explanation.
5.10. Comments must not contain keywords or SEO-optimized anchor phrases in the commenter’s display name.
5.11. Comments containing advertising, promotion, sales offers, or affiliate links will be removed.
5.12. The User is prohibited from using another person’s login credentials to access the Site’s functionality or to post content.
Limitation of Liability

6.9. The Administration is not responsible for any services provided by third parties.
6.10. In the event of force majeure (armed conflict, states of emergency, natural disasters, and similar events), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of User content or the uninterrupted operation of the Site.
Trademarks and Authorship
7.1. All registered trademarks, logos, and designations mentioned on proptradingrank.com belong to their respective lawful owners.

Term of the Agreement
8.1. This Agreement is deemed accepted by the User from the moment they begin using the Site.

8.4. Users are not separately notified of any changes made.
Using the Site’s materials and services constitutes the User’s full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
